Women's Basketball Hall of Fame announces class of 2025

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame has announced its 2025 induction class.

Seven future Hall of Famers will be inducted, including WNBA legends Sue Bird and Sylvia Fowles and former WNBA All-Stars Alana Beard and Cappie Pondexter.

Two coaches will be inducted, including Tennessee native and Union College Head Women’s Basketball Coach Mark Campbell. Lucille Kyallos will also be appointed as coach.

Danielle Donehew, the executive director of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association, will be listed as a contributor.

Donehew spent seven years at the University of Tennessee, where he served in numerous roles with the Lady Vol basketball program.

The Class of 2025 will be inducted on June 14, 2025 at the Tennessee Theater.
