Liverpool and Egypt superstar Muhammad Salah has named four players he considers his football heroes.

The winger included Al-Nassr and Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo in his list.

The 32-year-old has been one of the best strikers in the Premier League since his arrival Liverpool in 2017.

The Egypt international has been one of England’s best players in recent years. He helped Liverpool end theirs Premier League trophy drought in 2020 and broke the record for goals in his first season (2017/18) at the club.

Salah picked four players he draws inspiration from during a conversation with the club official YouTube channel.

“I like the way Ronaldo (of Brazil) played and (Zinedine) Zidane and (Francesco) Totti. I’ve always watched these guys, and they just enjoy the game,” he said via The mirror.

He also highlighted why Cristiano Ronaldo impressed him.

“Cristiano was also the one when I started playing more in Europe. You see the way he devoted everything to football is insane, the way he takes care of himself. You can see everything, his numbers.”

“But I saw these guys when I was young and I just wanted to play one game with them or be like them one day.”
