Tenth man accused of distributing non-consensual sexually explicit material

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) – A Bolivar, Tennessee man was arrested on a warrant accusing him of non-consensual recording of sexually explicit material.

The warrant stemmed from an investigation in Calloway County, Kentucky, which alleged that 36-year-old Kendrick T. Falls used a recording device to record sexually explicit material without someone else’s consent and distributed it.

Fall was arrested by the Calloway Co. Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 15. and was housed in the county detention center.

He is charged with video voyeurism (a class D felony), distributing sexually explicit images without consent and third-degree terroristic threatening.
