Ferrari F1 star Charles Leclerc announces new agreement with partner HISTÓRICA PUMA

A Formula 1 star has signed a new deal with one of the biggest names in world sport.

The announcement comes just over a week before the 2024 campaign begins the final stretch of the year in United States Grand Prix.

The drivers’ and constructors’ champions are yet to be determined, with the next six races set to provide more twists and turns in what has already been an exciting season.

McLaren are eyeing their first team title since 1998 after overtaking Red Bull in recent months, while Max Verstappen faces a fierce battle to retain his title, with Lando Norris in Dutch touching distance having reduced the gap at the top of the standings to just 52 points.

Leclerc aims to create ‘legacy’

In third place is Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, who hopes to end the year on a positive note in 2025, when he finally join seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton.

And while the Monegasque remains fully focused on the immediate task at hand, he also has plenty to look forward to off the track, having been announced as a brand ambassador for sportswear giants PUMA.

The role will see the seven-time race winner increase brand awareness, connecting with motorsport and fashion fans.

In a company statement, CEO Arne Freundt said: “We are beyond excited to welcome Charles to the PUMA family.

“His unique combination of being a professional athlete in Formula 1 and a fashion enthusiast off the track makes him the perfect choice for our brand.

“There are many exciting projects underway and we can’t wait to continue shaping our motorsport legacy together with Charles.”
