Woman arrested for allegedly interfering with first responders after Akron shooting death of 25-year-old

AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – A 25-year-old was killed after a shooting in Akron on Friday evening.

According to Akron police, officers were called to the 1100 block of Keys Place for a shooting just before 10:30 p.m.

Officers found the victim in a nearby apartment, police said.

According to police, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

No suspects have been arrested in the case.

Akron police have arrested one woman for allegedly interfering with first responders and medical personnel.
