Man, 31, appears in court accused of raping 16-year-old girl in Dundee car park

A 31-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Dundee.

The incident is said to have occurred in a car park in the Cowgate area of the city, between 1am and 1.30am on Sunday 10 November 2024.

Ryan Master appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, November 18.

The 31-year-old pleaded no contest and was granted bail. No date has yet been set for his next court appearance.

Detective Sergeant Shaunni Morris said: “We would like to express our thanks to the public for their assistance with this investigation.

“Officers will remain at the scene while the investigation continues.”
