GOP has covered up claims of ‘sexual harassment and assault’

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) made a sensational claim that her Republican colleagues inside Congress have covered up “claims of sexual harassment and assault” by paying the victims with taxpayer money. The MAGA diehard threw down the gauntlet in a tweet as GOP politicians expressed reservations about President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for attorney generalformer representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL). Gaetz was investigated by a congressional ethics panel who were told by a witness that they saw him have sex with a minor, and also investigated allegations that he used illegal drugs and took bribes. Some have called for the release of the panel’s report on Gaetz. However, Greene said that if Republicans are “going to release ethics reports and pick apart ours that Trump appointed,” they should make public all ethics reports and claims, including one she said she submitted but did not detail . Greene also called for the release of all information about the late high society sex trafficker Jeffrey Epsteinadding “there is more” and that “Epstein was/is not the only asset.” She ended by pledging to make as many claims public as possible: “If we’re going to dance, let’s all dance in the sunlight. I will make sure we do that.”
