Fayetteville police are looking for man who sexually assaulted woman near Oak Run Apartments

Police are looking for a man who drove a woman to an area near a Fayetteville apartment complex and sexually assaulted her last week, according to a news release.

According to Fayetteville police, the victim was picked up near the 500 block of South Eastern Boulevard on Thursday around 8:45 p.m. by the driver of a newer model gray Dodge Charger.

The man drove the woman to an area of ​​Oak Run Apartments on Old Wilmington Road and sexually assaulted her before ordering the victim to exit the vehicle and leave the area, the release said.
