Thieves caught on camera stealing liquor bottles, cash worth estimated at $35,000 burglary

An Ocoee liquor store is asking the public for help in catching a group of thieves who broke into the business overnight and stole an estimated $35,000 worth of alcohol, cash and other belongings.

Good Homes Liquors captured the incident on surveillance video, which shows at least seven people breaking the store’s glass to gain entry. The suspects, all wearing hoods, are seen grabbing dozens of bottles and carting away cases of liquor.

The entire operation took about five minutes, with the thieves taking dozens of bottles, cash from the tills and a safe, according to the owners. Police arrived about five to seven minutes after the thieves fled the scene, they said.
