DCSO: Both lanes have reopened on US 60 E after traffic flow was restricted due to the wreck

Update: The roadway has reopened and the scene is clear.

According to DCSO, a semi was traveling eastbound on US 60 and was turning right onto Fullenwilder when an SUV, also heading eastbound, attempted to pass on the right while the semi was turning. A person in the SUV was taken to the hospital with possible injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.

Traffic is reduced to one lane on US 60 East near the Daviess-Hancock County line at Fullenwider Road after a two-vehicle crash with injuries, according to the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area and expect delays. Multiple agencies are responding to the scene.
