Neighbor accused of shooting two other neighbors in southeast Houston

HOUSTON – Two people were recovering in the hospital after a neighbor she shot in southeast of Houstonthe police said.

It happened at a house on Des Jardines Street and Carrolton Street at around 9pm on Friday.

According to police, a group of neighbors were hanging out and drinking when an argument broke out.

Investigators said a neighbor pulled out a gun and shot two others. One was shot in the leg, the other in the buttocks.

The victims were taken to a hospital and are expected to survive.

Police said the shooter remained at the scene and was arrested.
