For decades, Concentrix has been investing and developing smart technologies aimed at addressing customer challenges and improving efficiency and performance levels. The iX Hello announcement marks the launch of the first product in a suite of AI and GenAI technologies that the company successfully deployed internally and with customers prior to launch.

iX Hello offers an embedded innovation that allows companies to accelerate their GenAI adoption journey with integration into various data sources and various LLMs from Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI and Salesforce.

Companies can also use a GenAI solution that aligns with their brand, including voice understanding and a unique brand lexicon. In addition, iX Hello supports tasks such as translating market-ready texts into more than 90 languages, data analysis, responding to questions via chat or voice, summarizing content and creating training materials. The pre-built virtual assistants ensure fast response times, speeding up tasks across various departments including customer experience, accounting, finance, marketing and purchasing.

Among other things, Concentrix plans to design, build and operate integrated and complete solutions at pace and scale across the organization. The company helps more than 2,000 customers solve their most challenging business problems. In mid-September 2023, Concentrix merged with Webhelp, a well-known industry leader specializing in customer experience (CX), sales, marketing and payment services, in a deal valued at $4.8 billion. Webhelp, a private French company founded in 2000, has been the largest CX provider in Europe and one of the top four globally for the past five years.

Concentrix began operations in Israel in early 2022 under the former name Webhelp, appointing Einat Benyamini to open and lead the local branch. The private preview includes approximately 40 pre-built virtual agents, ranging from multimodal bots aimed at customers to scheduling tools and order status tracking. Concentrix can also work with customers to develop custom virtual assistants powered by GenAI quickly and at scale, taking advantage of its rich design capabilities.
