Two months after Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ arrest for alleged sex crimes, the rapper remains in jail ahead of his trial after being denied bail three times.

The rapper is currently facing a fourth bail attempt, with a verdict expected later this week.

If the Bad Boy founder is denied bail again, he will spend Thanksgiving behind bars — a first for the rapper. He would also miss a Thanksgiving feast tailored to his tastes, like the lavish meals he has enjoyed in the past.

According to TMZthe controversial music mogul and other prisoners are given a light breakfast consisting of fruit, cereal, pastries and skimmed milk.

Fortunately, lunch is more festive, with roast turkey, hot and sour tofu, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, rolls and holiday pies.

As for dinner, the meal will be simple: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chips, whole wheat bread, and a fruit drink.

While it’s likely that Diddy’s bail will fail again due to past precedents, the rapper is doing everything he can to prevent this from happening.

One strategy he has used is to offer an extremely substantial, comprehensive bail package that replaces what he offered in his previous bail attempts.

As part of the package, he also offered a “$50 million bond secured by equity in Combs and his mother’s homes in Florida, implementation of a 24/7 security service by approved security personnel.”

According to a report, the rapper has also imposed additional conditions, such as the ban on internet or telephone access outside of meetings with legal counsel, a pre-approved visitor list consisting of selected family members, and surrendered passports of the rapper and his family members.”

The Bad Boy founder has sought to challenge federal prosecutors’ use of a viral video showing him allegedly assaulting his ex, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura.

The incident, which took place in 2016, resurfaced earlier this year as part of an ongoing investigation into Diddy by authorities.

While the rapper did not deny that the altercation took place, he claimed that in a recent filing obtained by TMZ that prosecutors presented the judge with an edited version of the video.

He argued this amounted to “mischaracterization and concealment of critical facts” to ensure his bail application was rejected.

The filing also alleged that prosecutors were in possession of the unedited version of the video but chose to alter it to present their “strongest evidence of endangerment and obstruction.”

It further claimed that this tactic was intended to make Diddy appear much more dangerous than the raw footage would suggest.

In a now-deleted apology video, Diddy shared that he had hit rock bottom during his attack on Cassie, noting that he was “confused.”

The disgraced rapper said: “It’s so hard to think about the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you gotta do that. I was confused. I mean, I hit rock bottom – but I’m not making up I apologize. My behavior (in) that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.

He continued, “I went and sought professional help. I had to go to therapy. I had to go to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m determined to be a better man every day. And I don’t ask for forgiveness.

Ahead of the ruling, federal prosecutors had filed a motion claiming the rapper poses a “serious risk of obstruction, endangerment and flight” in an effort to deny his fourth attempt at bail.

They also stated that Diddy has attempted to hinder his sex crimes case by making attempts “to publicly leak material he considers helpful to his case” and by “initiating media campaigns that, in his own words, aim to shrink the jury pool to contaminate”.

The filing also alleged that Diddy violated rules prohibiting contact with individuals not on his approved contact list, including witnesses relevant to his case.

To avoid being caught, he reportedly used the phone accounts of at least eight other inmates. He paid for access through other inmates using “payment processing apps and deposits into BOP (Bureau of Prisons) commissary accounts.”
