Price drops to $4.5 million for ‘work of art’ Ashland home with fairytale features on 380 acres

The price for a highly customized, curvaceous rural Ashland shelter with flair compared to architect Antoni Gaudi has fallen $4.5 million.

The asking price for the 708 hectare estate has been high for the past three years 2700 N. Valley View Road had been $5,895,000.
