32-year-old man killed in shooting in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. (WNDU) – A man died from his injuries during a shooting in Elkhart Tuesday evening.

Officers were called to the 700 block of Monroe Street just before 7 p.m. When they arrived, they found an unconscious 32-year-old man who had been shot.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. He has not been identified at this time.

The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is conducting the investigation. No arrests have been made yet.
