VfB Stuttgart manager Sebastian Hoeness turned down a big offer from Manchester United

According to reports, he has been offered to replace Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford in the summer.

Sebastian was approached by the club in July and was offered a new contract to lead the team in the Premier League, according to Photo.

Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe also reflected on Erik’s future prospects at the club earlier this month.

Jim said: “I think he’s a very good manager but ultimately it’s not my decision, it’s the management team who run Manchester United who have to decide how best to manage the team in many different aspects.”

“They’ve only been there… you can tell this for almost weeks, they haven’t been there very long, so they need to take stock and make some sensible decisions. Our objective is very clear, we want to take Manchester United back to where it should be, and it’s not there yet, obviously,” he noted.

Manchester United will face Brentford on October 19, 2024.
