Singaporean actor Bryan Wong will host a European-inspired pop-up menu on October 19 and 20, 2024.

The pop-up will be held at In Bad Company, a restaurant-bar known for its local spirits, unique craft beers and fusion-inspired food menu.

In an Instagram post, Wong announced his collaboration with chef Timothy Ong, who will make an appearance in the fifth season of Mediacorp’s cooking show “Old Taste Food Detective”.

The show, hosted by Wong, explores and recreates traditional local dishes and is scheduled to launch in November 2024.

Pop-up inspiration

Reflecting on her culinary journey, Wong expressed that hosting a food pop-up has been a long-time dream.

“My love affair with food began decades ago and cooking has always been my passion,” he said, describing cooking as his “love language.”
