Trial scheduled for drug trafficking suspect in Brown County

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The alleged leader of a drug trafficking ring busted in Brown County will appear in court next March.

Felton Currie, 46, faces nearly 30 charges, including manufacturing and possession with intent to supply numerous drugs and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

At a hearing on Friday, the trial was scheduled to begin on March 24, 2025 and last six days.

Currie and six other suspects were arrested Wisconsin’s largest fentanyl bust after a months-long investigation by local and federal law enforcement.

All seven suspect cases have been sealed.
