Diddy accused of raping 19-year-old student and threatening to kill her in new lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of raping and threatening to kill a 19-year-old student in the latest lawsuit against the rapper.

The alleged victim, who identified herself as Jane Doe, claimed in court documents filed on Wednesday, October 23, that in 2004, while attending a college in Brooklyn, New York, she was invited to a photo shoot with Diddy, 55, and her roommate.

Doe said she was “flattered and excited when she received an invitation from someone from Combs’ celebrity and status,” said the filing, obtained by We weekly on Thursday, October 24. (This is the last request from lawyer Tony Buzbee.)

After attending the photo shoot to promote Da Band, a band signed to Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment label, both Doe and the friend were invited to an afterparty. Before the women, who were both freshmen in college, left for the party, Diddy allegedly told them to come to his hotel.for a more exclusive party,” the documents say.

Doe and her roommate agreed and were reportedly escorted to a Marriott hotel in the Manhattan area by Diddy’s entourage.

Shortly after arriving at the hotel suite, where a dozen people were reportedly “drinking drinks and listening to music,” Doe claimed she and the other student were “suddenly grabbed and taken to a separate room.”

When Doe asked the man where he was taking them, he reportedly replied, “You know what you’re here for” before placing the girls in a room and reportedly locking the door. Doe recalled being alone in the bedroom with her friend and Diddy, who allegedly “instructed” them to drink cocaine from his coffee table and gave them more drinks.

“Combs became increasingly aggressive toward the two women and eventually began forcibly touching them without consent,” court documents allege. Doe claims that when the couple resisted, Diddy “ordered” her boyfriend to “perform oral sex on him or he would have them both killed.”

Doe said she begged Diddy to let them leave, but he allegedly refused even after her boyfriend “followed” his order. Instead, he allegedly told Doe to undress “under threat of force.”

Doe alleged that Diddy then “forced himself on her and began sexually abusing her,” alleging in her filing that the musician “fondled, molested, and ultimately raped Ms. Doe as she begged him to stop.”

When the security guard opened the door to “ask if everything was okay,” Doe’s girlfriend ran out of the room, but Doe said she “couldn’t move because Mr. Combs was still on top of her.”

When Diddy got up to talk to his co-worker, Doe said she was told to stay in the room or “she would get killed.” After he left, she claimed she sat in the dark for 30 minutes before another guard told her she could leave. According to the documents, she promptly took a cab back to her college dorm in Brooklyn.

A timeline of Diddy’s legal troubles and accusations: from Cassie lawsuit to multiple arrests

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as is evident from his continued appearances in the press and his 1-800 number,” a representative for Diddy said. Us in a statement on Friday, October 25. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot comment on this every new publicity stunteven in response to claims that are prima facie ridiculous or demonstrably untrue.”

The statement continued: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Doe, meanwhile, is asking a judge to award “compensatory damages” for her “bodily injuries, emotional distress” and “psychological harm, fear, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering” at trial. The alleged victim also requested that the court award her punitive damages so that they could be assessed at trial and her attorney fees paid.

This filing comes three days later NBC News reported that Five new civil lawsuits were filed by Attorney Buzbee in the Southern District of New York against Diddy. The files contain details of ‘isolated’ incidents of alleged sexual abuse and rape involving Diddy between 2000 and 2002.
