Geneva man charged with petit larceny following theft investigation in Seneca Falls

A Geneva man was arrested Thursday following a theft investigation at a local business, according to Seneca Falls police.

Gary D. Guild, 41, was taken into custody on October 24 at approximately 4:37 p.m. Authorities determined that Guild left the store without paying for the merchandise. He was charged with one count of petit larceny, classified as a misdemeanor.

Guild was issued a ticket and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to hear the charges.
