Boonville woman was seriously injured in a crash in Cooper County Friday evening

COOPER COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Boonville woman was seriously injured in a crash in Cooper County Friday evening around 8:30 p.m. Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report.

According to the report, Breanna Connell, 27, of Boonville, was driving eastbound on I-70 near MM 106 in a 2012 Mazda CX-9 when Connell went off the left side of the road and struck a center cable.

Connell then got back on I-70 and went off the right side of the road, hitting a guardrail. Connell reentered the roadway, then went off the left side of the road again and struck a center cable.

Connell was taken by ambulance to University Hospital with serious injuries.

She was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the report.
