Two people injured in a crash Friday evening, Milwaukee police say

Two people were injured after a crash Friday evening, according to Milwaukee police.

Police say the crash happened near St. Paul Ave. on Friday, October 25 around 10:51 p.m. and 26th St.

A vehicle was traveling eastbound on St. Paul Ave. when it ran a red light and collided with another vehicle, a bus, traveling northbound on 26th St.

Police said the car traveling eastbound struck a pedestrian.

The pedestrian, an unidentified person, was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the eastbound car was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Milwaukee police are investigating.
