Zelensky announces collaboration with partners to implement the Victory Plan

Next week, Ukraine will actively work with its partners to support its frontline forces and implement strategies to force Russia to end the war.

This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening addresssaid Ukrinform.

The president noted that Moscow is determined to continue its aggression and is not interested in peace. As a result, Russia is trying to boost its defense production by bypassing sanctions and increasingly engaging with North Korea, whose soldiers could soon appear on the battlefield in the fight against Ukraine.

“Ukraine will be forced to actually fight North Korea in Europe.

These are the circumstances where the lack of stronger decisions from partners in support of Ukraine only encourages Putin to further invest in terror,” Zelenskiy said.

He emphasized that the world is capable of stopping the escalation of this war. However, according to Zelensky, words alone will not be enough; decisive actions are needed.

The President underlined that all necessary measures have already been laid down in Ukraine’s Victory Plan, a strategy designed to prevent further aggression against the perpetrators of the war.

“We expect the necessary increase in pressure on Russia. We expect more support for Ukraine. This will only be fair,” he stressed.

Zelensky noted that time passing in the absence of decisions translates into continued Russian strikes and lives lost.

“Next week will be the time of our very intensive work with partners, first of all to support our fighters, fighters on the front lines, and to implement our strategy to force Russia to end the war. We are preparing big signals of support, the president said.

As reported by Ukrinform, Colonel Markus Reisner of the Austrian Armed Forces noted that American and European countries have reacted cautiously to Ukraine’s victory plan, refraining from making major commitments, especially regarding security guarantees and Western long-range weapons. He argued that this hesitation only encourages Russia to continue its attacks.
