Car crash closes road in Southwick

SOUTHWICK, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – A road in Southwick is closed after a car crash Saturday afternoon.

According to Southwick Police, officers responded to reports of a crash on Foster Road resulting from an accident that damaged a telephone pole.

Foster Road is currently closed between Patriots Way and South Longyard Road.

Officials are asking the public to avoid the area.

No word on any injuries.
