Strictly speaking, Chris McCausland makes painful exit admission as fans say ‘it’s unfair’ | Television and radio | Showbiz and TV

Strictly Come Dancing star Chris McCausland has received support from fans after expressing his concerns about potentially quitting the show. The Liverpool comedian, who is the show’s first blind contestant, took to the dance floor with partner Dianne Buswell during Halloween Week and performed a Samba to Staying Alive.

Despite being a standout performer, Chris received a slightly less favorable review from the judges this week, with Anton Du Beke criticizing the fluidity of the routine. Chris admitted his nerves and said: ‘We’ve lost four people so far in this series, two of them on the sambas. And we’ve had four dance-offs and three of them have had people go through first, so the math is against us this week.”

With a combined score of 26, tied with Dr Punam Krishanwho is favorite to leave the competition, fans on social media platform

However, many have reassured Chris that they believe Dr. Punam will be the next to be eliminated, with one fan, Jordan, saying: “Criminal that Craig scored Punam and Gorka higher than Chris and Dianne”. Ryan said: “I’m a fan of Punam but that was boring and forgettable.

Linda commented, “That wasn’t Punam’s worst, but it’s her time to go, I think,” Luke said, “It’s a shame they’re sending her home in a few hours.” the Liverpool echo.

Eva chimed in, “It’s definitely Punam time this week.” Val commented: “Punam should actually be the one to go this week as she is very clearly the weakest dancer left. Gorka almost carried her through that tango”.

Dr. Punam is the favorite to leave the competition and there is a good chance the Morning Live Doctor will leave this week at 6/4. BetMGM UK managing director Sam Behar said: “Punam Krishan could be the favorite for the next Strictly elimination on 6/4, but unlike previous weeks we don’t have anyone with an opinion on it, so it’s not a definitive conclusion by any means.

“The Scottish doctor has to go home on Sunday 6/4, but Sam Quek (6/4), Pete Wicks (5/1), Shayne Ward (11/2) and even J.B. Gill (8/1) are all considered contenders for the exit door.”
