Meredith Marks feels great after third breast reduction

Meredith Marks’ recovery from her third breast reduction is going according to plan.

“I feel great!” the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star told Page Six exclusively on Wednesday at the American Ballet Theater’s Fall 2024 Gala at Lincoln Center in New York City. “I’m so happy!”

Marks, 52, was thrilled that she can “wear normal clothes” and that she doesn’t have to change “two sizes on the waist and hips from the bust.”

“It was a really great experience, and I was with Dr. Rosenberg in LA, (and) he’s amazing,” she continued. “I honestly couldn’t be happier.”

Marks also told us that she hopes to participate in more physical activities with her “RHOSLC” co-stars, like the zipline and rope courses she had to complete this season.

The Bravolebrity was first shared on Page Six’s ‘Virtual Reali-Tea’ podcast that she had to undergo a third surgery due to an unknown medical condition that she had been dealing with for years.

“My breast tissue won’t stop growing!” she told us last month. “It’s wild. Seriously, I have a weird problem, and I hope this is the case (my last reduction). I never wanted to be that big.”

Marks said at the time that she believed the problem was “hormonal and genetic.”

“I mean, my mom started growing in her 40s, and the same kind of things,” she said. “I was just too big to start.”

The jewelry designer explained that she decided to go for the latest procedure after feeling uncomfortable with her ever-expanding bust.

“That’s a big deal. If you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing will fit right. It’s just not right… it’s weird,” she said.

Marks added that she hopes she doesn’t have to go under the knife a fourth time, but that she will if necessary.

“I don’t know who can’t love ballet,” she told us. “The last ballet I went to for ABT was the most spectacular, beautiful performance I had ever seen.”
