The suspect, David Jerome, 23, was driving his Toyota Rav 4 with his 18-month-old son in a car seat shortly before 6 p.m. on October 25 when he was involved in the crash with Brent Berkeley, 41, who was driving. his Jeep. Berkeley, who was shot several times, died.

Jerome will be charged Plymouth District Court on Monday morning.
