Woman claims she was raped by Chris Brown on Diddy Party

A new documentary is in the making about alleged abuse at the hands of Chris Brown, and a certain Jane Doe has made a serious accusation against him.

The “Sensational” singer is accused of raping an unnamed woman while she attended a hunting party hosted by Sean.DiddyCombs in 2020.

‘We talked and he gave me a drink. I’m not even sure… this is when my memory starts to get a little weird,” she claimed in the doc per PEOPLE. “I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just gave me another drink. As I stood there, I started to feel tired and my body felt a little heavy.”

She continued,

“I remember laying back and thinking, ‘Why can’t I get up?’ The next thing I knew he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said ‘No’ and then I felt him… The next thing I knew he was inside me, I was so disgusted by it.”

Jane Doe also claims she kept texting Brown after the incident to “get clarity”, but after visiting a therapist she was able to confirm that the singer had assaulted her.

“I’m sure. Instead of telling myself it wasn’t. It was. It was rape,” she said.

Jane Doe’s case against the singer was dismissed “without prejudice” by a judge in 2022 on the grounds of “lack of prosecution” and her legal team dropped her at the time when the text messages between her and the singer were discovered. PEOPLE reports.

Another alleged victim, Liziane Gutierrez, also appears in the documentary and claims Brown punched her in the face during a hotel party in 2016.

“When I saw Chris Brown, he was acting strange. Extremely weird. And then I decided to grab my phone and take a picture of him,” she claims. “When I got my phone, he saw me with my phone. Chris Brown punched me in the face. His security took my phone and I was escorted out of the party…I’m not saying what I did with my phone was right. I know that. But that doesn’t give you the right to punch me in the face.”

According to TMZGutiérrez has filed a lawsuit Brown in 2016 and the couple settled the case privately in 2017, although the singer was never formally charged or barred from her job in the first place.

Brown has faced allegations of violence against both men and women; however, this documentary seems to claim that it goes deeper than what was publicly known.
