Fan slams Shaquille O’Neal’s ‘perverted’ comments about WNBA star Angel Reese

Fans slammed Shaquille O’Neal’s “perverted” and “creepy” comments toward WNBA star Angel Reese over the “small butt pants” she recently wore.

During Thursday’s episode of Reese’s Podcast ‘Unapologetic Angel’the former Los Angeles Lakers star, 52, opened up about how the outfit the Chicago Sky star recently wore to a ‘Wild ‘N Out’ event in Chicago earlier this month could help her make money.

Reese, 22, immediately seemed uncomfortable with the topic and tried to change gears.

O’Neal’s comments sparked backlash from fans who claimed he crossed the line with his mentee.

“Shaq sexualizes Angel Reese even though he is 30 years older than her and has children older than her,” wrote one X user next to a GIF of Tiffany Haddish gagging.

“Angel Reese learned a painful lesson about men in real time through Shaq, I’m afraid,” added another.

“Shaq is 52 years old and has been given a free pass because he’s creepy, because he’s an NBA legend. Angel Reese looks at Shaq like a father figure mentor type and he takes her in shorts, lmao,’ said a third person.

O’Neal and Reese have maintained a close relationship since she rose to fame following her transition from LSU to the pros.
