In tonight’s episode, Sarah was able to put it all behind her when Damon called her and told her that he had managed to frame one of Harvey’s henchmen for the theft.

But the viewers will know that the real culprit was David Platt (Jack P Shepherd), who planned to use the money to buy his house from Gail Platt (Helen Worth).

Unfortunately for him, his stash hideout wasn’t very secure, and it didn’t take long for Jesse Chadwick (John Thomson) to find it.

Although Jesse initially threatened to tell Gail everything, after learning that the Platts were off the hook, he pulled David aside and promised that they would sort out the money together.

David was grateful, but can Jesse be trusted?
