1 seriously injured in stabbing in Vancouver

One person was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a stabbing in East Vancouver on Sunday.

Police are investigating a stabbing on the 200 block of Keefer Street, near Main Street, Vancouver police said on social media platform X just before 1 p.m.

“The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries,” it said.

Police say no arrest has been made and the motive is unknown at this time.

“Officials are gathering evidence and more information will be released as it becomes available,” the post said.
