Driver charged with DWI after Victor crash

Officers provided an update on a property damage accident that occurred in Victor in the early morning hours of Sunday.

Around 3:30 a.m., Tiffany Ann Smith, 44, was involved in a property damage accident along County Road 41.

After investigation, it was determined that the 44-year-old was intoxicated.

She was released to a third party and charged with DWI.

The charges will be answered by the local court at a later date.
