HALLOWEEN RAIN

Halloween Day will start off dry and mild, but we will notice a lot more cloud cover around the Mid State as the day progresses. A cold front will approach the Mid State late this afternoon and evening, bringing us a decent round of scattered rain showers across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. While we could use the rain, it looks like it will impact trick-or-treating hours, so be prepared to bring the umbrella.

Rain will continue overnight with some showers even lingering into Friday morning. It will dry out Friday afternoon, with temperatures dropping into the 60s and at best around 70 for the day. The sun returns on Friday afternoon.

THIS WEEKEND

Saturday and Sunday we’ll mix clouds and sunshine, with temperatures dropping back into the 70s to near 80 degrees.
