90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way's Statler Drops Surprising Request Following Dempsey's New Relationship Rumors

90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Season 6 got off to a rocky start when one of its biggest stars ruined the outcome of their storyline before it even premiered. Statler revealed she and Dempsey Wilkinson broke up after they tried to travel across Europe in a van, and she has since had a lot to say about the situation. Now she has more tea to spill, and it looks like at least one of these two for one 90 Day Fiancé spin-off heading to the Premiere schedule 2025.

Statler has already revealed that she was excluded from The other way Season 6 tells allso posts about her storyline on Instagram stories has become increasingly common. In her latest update, the former cast member revealed that her ex reportedly has a new girlfriend, and immediately tagged her with a surprising request. As she said in the post:

Rumor has it that Dempsey is on the trail of a new American girl. She always wanted to continue on 90 Day. Looks like she might get her wish! @Anayeli.Trujillo712 please ask Demps to return my childhood stuffed animals, the thousands of dollars she owes me for the van, and all my belongings. Good luck! PS I’m still single. Still working on myself & healing from all this madness!

It’s shocking to hear that Statler left behind such precious childhood heirlooms, and I wonder what this means for their breakup. Did Statler get up and leave the van without warning and/or without thinking about taking her belongings, or perhaps they broke up when she lived away from the van?

Either way, it’s a shame she lost something so sentimental about her. And also that she might not get it back from her ex.

I’m less shocked by the rumor that Dempsey is dating another person from the United States as that is a common trend among 90 Day Fiancé members of the cast. If she wants to appear as a foreigner in future spin-offs, dating another person from the United States is an easier way to make that happen.

This would explain why Dempsey has been silent about the relationship on social media and has not responded to some discrepancies fans have had regarding their storyline versus what Statler has claimed. The fact that Dempsey remains silent, even in situations where Statler portrays her as the villain signals to me that she’s doing her best to stay in TLC’s good graces, which could lead to an invite on a future season.

If Dempsey returns and Statler doesn’t, it wouldn’t be the first time 90 Day Fiancé franchise has done that. We saw Usman Umar returns for a few seasons with Kim Menziesand little acknowledgment of his former marriage to Lisa Robinson (formerly Hamme) after she was fired. I definitely believe it’s possible that Dempsey could return, but for now I’ll take all rumors with a grain of salt.
