Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of drugging and raping 10-year-old boy in new lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been charged of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy, according to a new complaint in the series of lawsuits filed against him.

The lawsuit, filed in the New York State Supreme Court, is the latest from attorney Tony Buzbee, who announced plans in early October to file 120 new lawsuits against the mogul in the coming months.

According to the complaint, reviewed by Varietya John Doe currently living in California is suing over an alleged assault that occurred in 2005. At the time, he was a 10-year-old and interested in becoming an actor and/or rapper.

In an effort to fulfill their son’s career ambitions, the boy’s parents hired an industry consultant who recommended they fly from their home in Los Angeles to New York to meet music industry figures. During the trip, the counselor arranged for Combs to meet the young boy for an “audition,” and Combs asked to meet the boy alone before meeting the family.

The counselor took the boy to Combs’ hotel room and left him alone with him. The boy sang a few rap songs for Combs, who told him he could “make him a star” and asked him how bad he wanted it. According to the complaint, “the plaintiff, like any ten-year-old child, responded that he would ‘do anything.’”

Another person present then gave the boy a soft drink, which he drank. Shortly afterward, he began to feel “a bit strange,” which the plaintiff’s attorney said was because the drink was laced with drugs “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.” After consuming the soda, Combs allegedly told the boy to get closer to him and pushed him down, telling him something to the effect of “sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.”

Once pressed down, Combs exposed his penis and told him to “kiss” it. After his refusal, Combs apparently forced him to perform oral sex, and the boy lost consciousness shortly afterwards. When he came to, Combs’ pants were undone and his anus and buttocks were severely sore. He cried and said he wanted to see his parents, to which Combs told him that if he said anything to anyone, he would hurt his parents.

When the consultant returned, she noticed that he was ‘severely shaken’ and took him back to his parents, who noted that he was ‘lethargic and behaving differently’. In the time since the alleged attack, John Doe has suffered from “severe depression and anxiety, leaving him hopeless and fatigued.”

In response to the latest lawsuit, Combs representatives shared a statement with Variety denying the claims. “The attorney behind this lawsuit is more interested in media attention than the truth, as is evident from his continued press appearances and his 1-800 number. As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are prima facie ridiculous or demonstrably untrue. Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

The latest lawsuit mirrors a similar lawsuit filed last week, when a Jane Doe accused Combs of drugging and raping her when she was 13, while an unnamed male and female celebrity looked on.

Combs is currently imprisoned at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, after being arrested by Homeland Security on September 16 on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to the charges. Combs was denied bail by two separate judges and will remain behind bars until his trial in May next year. If Combs is found guilty of racketeering, he could face life in prison.
