Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has filed two new lawsuits alleging he sexually abused minors aged 10 and 17

Sean “Diddy‘Combs was hit by two new lawsuits the rapper accused on Monday drugging and sexual abuse two men who were minors at the time, one of whom was only 10 years old.

Both lawsuits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee.

The lawyer, who has already filed several lawsuits to Combs, said more than 100 people planned to file a lawsuit against him for alleged sexual abuse and exploitation.

The first of the new lawsuits alleges that Combs assaulted the accuser in 2005 when he was a 10-year-old aspiring actor traveling from California with his parents to meet music industry representatives, the Associated Press reported.

According to the lawsuit, he was taken to Combs’ hotel room, where he performed several rap songs for his audition. Combs told him he had potential and asked if he wanted to delve into music. The prosecutor responded that he would “do anything,” the BBC reported.

The plaintiff was given drugged soda by one of Combs’ associates, the lawsuit alleges, and was ordered by the rapper to perform a sex act. The plaintiff eventually lost consciousness and woke up in pain and with his pants undone.

The lawsuit claims Combs said he would hurt the boy’s parents if he told anyone what happened.

In the second lawsuit, Combs is accused of assaulting a 17-year-old who was auditioning for the reality TV series Making the tapethat he produced in 2008. Combs and his bodyguard forced the young man to perform sex acts, the lawsuit alleges, and eliminated him from the competition when he resisted.

In a statement to the Associated Press, representatives for Combs said: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Combs yes is being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after he was arrested on allegations of racketeering and sex trafficking in September with prosecutors alleging that the rapper and his associates threatened, coerced and abused several people around him “to fulfill his sexual desires,” including forcing victims to perform recorded sexual activities he called it “Freak Offs”.

His trial starts on May 5.

In addition to interviewing witnesses, prosecutors may obtain evidence from more than 90 devices they seized from Combs’ property.

Combs’ legal team has filed a petition to have the alleged victims in his lawsuits identified so they can prepare their defense. They have also filed a motion to silence the alleged victims, arguing that their statements could prejudice a potential jury against him.

The rapper has so far been accused of sexual crimes by more than 120 alleged victims. Combs has denied all charges against him. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said the rapper planned to testify at his trial.
