Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused in a new lawsuit of sexually assaulting and drugging a 10-year-old boy.

The accuser alleged that he was accompanied by his parents when they met with numerous music executives in New York in 2005 in an attempt to help his “budding” music career.

In documents obtained by Rolling stoneIt is said that a counselor – who was hired by the child’s parents – led him to a hotel room to meet Combs and left the two alone. The alleged victim claimed he was given a drugged soft drink because he felt short after consuming it.

The lawsuit states: “After the plaintiff consumed his soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told the plaintiff to move closer to him, which the plaintiff did. Combs then abruptly pushed the plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, “Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.”

“Once the plaintiff was pushed down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the 10-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss’ him. When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and then thrust it in and out repeatedly.”

Combs’ accuser claimed this caused him to “froze in fear” and lost consciousness shortly afterwards. He reportedly felt pain in his anus and buttocks and his pants were undone when he woke up.

Eventually, the plaintiff told his parents about the alleged incident with Combs. According to the lawsuit, they were “terrified of the possible consequences of reporting the abuse.” The accuser claimed he is suffering from severe depression and anxiety stemming from the alleged interaction.

In a statement (via Complex), Combs’ attorneys denied these latest allegations and criticized the plaintiff’s attorney, Tony Buzbee.

“As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are ridiculous or demonstrably false on their face,” it said.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually abused or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Earlier this month, Buzbee revealed that he was working with 120 people who had filed new claims against the disgraced rapper and music mogul. At the conference, the attorney displayed a hotline number for people with allegations against Combs.

Among these 120 people, 25 were minors at the time of the alleged abuse, with the youngest alleged victim being nine years old.

Other alleged cases of minors allegedly sexually abused by Combs include a 14-year-old who is said to have had to meet the rapper “privately” without his parents, where he was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on Combs.

Buzbee reportedly acknowledged the statute of limitations, but said New York and California would likely recognize the “majority” of the 120 cases. The attorney also said that all 120 alleged victims “intend to file civil claims in civil court” against Combs and potential co-defendants, including alleged accomplices, silent bystanders and “corporate entities.”

Buzbee said at the time that he expected all 120 alleged victims to begin their trials within the next month. Last week, Five new civil lawsuits were filed against Combs – with the youngest alleged victim being just 13 years old at the time.

More claims emerged last month in a separate lawsuit, in which a The woman alleged that Diddy and his former bodyguard Joseph Sherman drugged and raped her and filmed the incident in 2001. Sherman has denied any criminal wrongdoing (via NBC New York), just like Combs.

“I have no doubts about her integrity. I just question her claims against me,” Sherman said. ‘You have the wrong man. I wasn’t even in the same room with you. I’ve never seen you before. As far as I can remember, I wasn’t even in New York at the time.”

Sherman’s legal representatives said they would file a countersuit, which will likely include defamation charges.

Additionally, new information has emerged regarding Diddy’s alleged arson Child Cudi‘s car was recently revealed in a newly unearthed report from the Los Angeles City Fire Department. Diddy has not yet responded to the arson allegations.
