Tens of thousands of Oasis fans are facing the cancellation of their reunion tour tickets

Thousands of Oasis fans were expected to leave disappointed when it was announced that more than 50,000 tickets will be canceled for the band’s reunion tour.

Oasis promoters have said that ticket cancellations will take place for tickets that have “violated the terms of service”.

The band will play at the Aviva Stadium Dublin on August 16 and 17, 2025.

The band will hold their reunion tours of Dublin, Great Britain, North America and Australia.

A spokesperson for the show’s promoters said: “Following commitments made by the band in the lead-up to the sale of Oasis Live ’25, the tour’s promoters have said that ticket agents Ticketmaster and See Tickets will initiate the cancellation process tickets that are believed to be in violation of the terms and conditions set out for the tour in the coming weeks.

“These terms and conditions have been successfully introduced to take action against secondary ticketing companies who resell tickets for huge profits, resulting in only 4% of tickets ending up on resale sites.”

Also saying that disappointed fans who didn’t have a chance to get tickets could be in luck if the canceled tickets come back on the market. “Canceled tickets will be made available again at face value in due course by the official agency Ticketmaster. More details on this will be shared shortly.”

“All parties involved in the tour continue to urge fans not to purchase tickets through unauthorized websites as some of these may be fraudulent and others may be cancelled.”
