(WJW) – A judge has set a $53,500 bond for a man accused of targeting local neighbors with anti-Semitic graffiti.

Police said he returned to a home that had been vandalized with a swastika last week, “and started spray painting it again,” according to a news release. A police officer allegedly caught him red-handed, and surveillance video linked Kellogg to the crime scene, police said.

Kellogg is also a resident of Orange Village and lived down the street from the homes that were targeted, according to court records.

He was booked into Solon Jail.
