Al Nassr vs Al Taawoun: Ronaldo misses penalty as they crash out of King’s Cup

Al Nassr superstar Cristiano Ronaldo missed a late penalty as his team were knocked out of the King’s Cup by Al-Taawoun on Tuesday.

Ronaldo had the opportunity to equalize the score from the spot in injury time of the second half.

But the former Manchester United and Real Madrid striker fired his effort over the bar.

Al-Taawoun defeated Al-Nassr 1-0 at Al-Awwal Park in the round of 16 to progress.

Waleed Al-Ahmed scored the only goal of the match in the 71st minute.

Ronaldo has yet to win a major trophy since signing for the Saudi Arabian club almost two years ago.
