Prince Harry seems to be in trouble ever since he received an olive branch from his eldest brother, Prince William.

The Duke of Sussex has been given an ultimatum to mend the rift with his family, following Prince William’s subtle nod to mend fences with him.

However, Harry finds himself in deep water as he cannot respond to William’s peace offer without confiding in his wife Meghan Markle as the Duchess is not interested in returning to Britain.

A royal commentator shared his thoughts on the development, saying it “would be strange” if the Prince of Wales did not mention the Duke during his upcoming documentary, given their past relationship.

Harry should “eat humble pie” after his older brother extended an olive branch in his upcoming ITV documentary, according to Rupert Bell.

Critics have debated whether the mention of Prince Harry is a symbol of an olive branch from William to his younger brother amid strained relations after Harry stepped down as a working royal in 2020.

Rupert said: “It would be strange if he didn’t mention his brother (Prince Harry) in this documentary, you know, the backstory. I’m sure he’s sad about the breakdown because they were very close.”

He added: “They took care of each other and that’s what’s so sad about it. The only way the olive branch is going to happen is if Harry eats some serious plain pie and says I messed up.”

The Prince of Wales’ documentary ‘Prince William: We Can End Homelessness’ will be shown on ITV and ITVX on October 30 and 31 at 9pm. The future monarch may share more details about his unforgettable childhood with Harry in his film.
