Crookston woman injured in crash in Polk County

POLK COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) – A Crookston, Minnesota woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a crash in Polk County Tuesday evening.

Minnesota State Patrol says a Ford Taurus and a Dodge Caravan were both traveling eastbound on Highway 2 just after 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 29 when the vehicles collided at the intersection of Highway 2 and Highway 75.

The driver of the caravan, a 34-year-old woman, was injured and taken to a local hospital. Her passenger, a 15-year-old boy, was not injured in the crash.

The driver of the Taurus and the 18-year-old Hallock, MN man were also not injured.

Officials say all occupants of both vehicles were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
