Teacher accused of sexually assaulting two students multiple times in disturbing lawsuit – Crime

A high school teacher has been accused in an incredibly disturbing lawsuit of having sexual relations with two of her students.

Julie Rizzitello, 36, of Brick Township, New Jerseyresigned from her role at Wall High School earlier this year after being accused of engaging in sexual activity with a teenage student.

After the accusation came to light, the former Englishmen had their say lecturer was sued again after another claimed sexual relationship with a second student, who probably started in 2017.

On July 17 this year, she was officially charged with two counts second degree assault, one count of witness tampering in the third degree, and three counts of criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree.

A court statement reads: “Rizzitello is alleged to have engaged in various sexual acts with the second victim on multiple occasions in Brick Township.”

These new charges follow Rizzitello’s July 3 arrest for the first alleged relationship.

Rizzitello and an 18-year-old student are said to have had several sexual encounters between April and June this year. She is also accused of having a sexual encounter in his car on May 14.

Rizzitello also used social media to contact her victim, and the two allegedly exchanged “numerous communications,” including sending nude photos of the teen.

While she was allegedly committing these crimes, she married Joseph Rizzitello on June 30, 2017. But according to reports, it is unclear whether the two are still married.

According to public pension records, the former teacher had worked in schools since 2013, teaching ninth-grade English and SAT prep at Wall High, earning an annual salary of $62,000.

But this isn’t the only case to have come to light in New Jersey in recent years.

Special education teacher Allison Havemann-Niedrach, who was described as a “passionate” worker, was arrested June 29 for allegedly sexually assaulting one of her students.

The 43-year-old worked at Freehold Intermediate School. It is not yet clear how often she sexually abused her student, or how old the victim is.

However, the school only teaches students from sixth to eighth grade.
