Macon woman killed and two seriously injured in crash on Highway 63

A Macon, Mo., woman died and two others were seriously injured in a crash on Highway 63 on Tuesday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the crash happened at 7:24 p.m., four miles south of Macon.

The patrol’s online crash report states that Sandra Williams, 55, of Macon, was reversing a 2020 GMC Yukon from a private driveway.

The SUV was in the path of the 2012 Chrysler Town and Country driven by Dewayne Fraley, 53, of Macon.

His passenger, Shirley Fraley, 79, of Macon, was pronounced dead at a Macon hospital.

Someone drove Williams to Moberly Regional Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries.

A helicopter paramedic took Dewayne Fraley to University Hospital with serious injuries.
