Diddy’s accuser is hit with the court’s order to reveal her name or the lawsuit will be dismissed

A Jane Doe, who accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault at a party twenty years ago, has been ordered to reveal her identity. If she does not do so, her lawsuit will be dismissed, the New York judge ruled. Southern District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil gave the woman a few days to submit her ID to the court. While the judge recognized Doe’s right to privacy, she emphasized that taking legal action against a prominent figure comes with the expectation of accountability.

Diddy accuser asked not to be identified

Days after Sean “Diddy” Combs faced six new lawsuits, with attorney Tony Buzbee hinting at a hundred more lawsuits, the rapper’s legal team argued that the identities of these accusers should be made public.

In a ruling obtained by Page Six, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil said that Jane Doe, who filed her lawsuit anonymously, chose to “accuse a famous person of heinous behavior about twenty years ago” and also claims that several companies were complicit in that behavior. As a result, the judge ruled that Doe “has not met her burden to demonstrate that she is entitled to” anonymity.

Doe has until November 13 to refile her lawsuit under her real name. Judge Vyskocil recognized Doe’s right to keep her private life intact because her allegations were quite sensitive. However, she also stressed that there must be accountability when such serious claims are made against a public figure.

Represented by TexasAttorney Tony Buzbee, who is also handling 120 other lawsuits filed against the music mogul arrested on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and other sexual misconduct, claims Diddy invited her and a friend to a private party for a work-related meeting. Once they arrived, the Bad Boy Records producer allegedly threatened them with violence if they did not meet his sexual demands.

Buzbee also represents numerous other cases in which Diddy is accused of assaulting multiple women, minors and even men. The alleged “freak-off” parties are one of the main concerns in these cases, with reports suggesting that Combs organized these events to exploit individuals and coerce them into sexual activities with powerful figures.

On October 30, Sean Combs faced a new accusation, this time over the 2005 assault of a 10-year-old male. This lawsuit is one of two filed by attorney Tony Buzbee in state court in Manhattan on the same day. The complaint, filed by a California The accuser, known as John Doe, claims he was an aspiring actor and rapper when an advisor arranged an “audition” for Combs at a New York hotel. The lawsuit alleges that after Doe expressed his willingness to “do anything” to achieve success, Combs allegedly offered him a drugged soft drink, pushed him down and forced him to perform sex acts.
