Anthony Richardson may have lost the starting quarterback job for the Indianapolis Colts, but he hasn’t lost the support of any of his teammates.

Michael Pittman Jr., one of the Colts’ leading receivers, shared a message of support for Richardson on his Instagram Story on Wednesday.

“Trust the process, we will turn around better,” Pittman Jr. wrote.

Richardson must feel bad. Not only did he receive a lot of negative press for his admission that he left a match because he was tired, but he also lost his starting job. It must be a good feeling to see a teammate like Pittman have his back and believe in him for the long haul.

Pittman has 29 for 352 yards and 2 touchdowns for the 4-4 Colts this season.
