Uber Eats driver accused of eating customer’s food and spitting it in her face when confronted: police

An Uber Eats driver comes in Florida with a craving for a late night snack, he was reportedly caught nibbling on a customer’s order – in front of him – which led to the driver allegedly spitting in the customer’s face.

According to an affidavit obtained by the Fox News affiliate, FOX 13Alexsandra Del Valle Acosta Aguilar, 29, was spotted on September 12 by an unknown customer “removing food from the bag she ordered” while outside the customer’s home in Davenport, Florida.

The unidentified woman in the home saw the Uber Eat driver and went to confront her, documents said.

As she walked to the entrance of her home, the woman saw Aguilar holding up her “Happy Fall Y’all” sign. When the victim grabbed the plate, she said the couple started arguing and Del Valle Acosta Aguilar spat in her face.

After being spit on, the victim said she covered herself with the sign and walked away from Aguilar.

Aguilar’s alleged rampage was far from over: The Uber Eats driver allegedly stole two dollars of $75 decorative pumpkins before you drive away.

The affidavit said investigators followed Aguilar to her home Winter Garden, Floridawhere they say she admitted to making a delivery to the victim’s address.

According to documents, the victim said she was unable to choose Del Valle Acosta Aguilar from a photo package due to a brain injury that affected her memory ability.

However, the victim described the suspect as a medium build Hispanic woman in her late 20s to early 30s with long black hair, matching the suspect’s description.

Investigators arrested Aguilar based on the victim’s statement, the suspect’s statement and information from Uber Eats.

Aguilar was charged with burglary with assault and theft from a dwelling.
