Man from Gujarat arrested for kidnapping and raping a minor girl

In a disturbing incident from Gujarat, a 24-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping a minor girl. Police revealed that the girl’s father reported her missing on October 6, a day after she disappeared from her home.

According to authorities, the young girl was found in Ahmedabad with Sheikh Ali Khan, whom she met through social media. Police Commissioner Vikrant Vir stated that Khan allegedly seduced the girl with promises of marriage before kidnapping her and subjecting her to sexual abuse for almost 25 days.

Khan now faces serious charges under several legal provisions, including parts of rape and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, as investigations progress.
