Wednesday was report card day for public schools statewide, which received their official designation from the Illinois State Board of Education based on their performance in a range of categories during the 2023-2024 school year. ¶ Here’s a quick look at how each school in the area was ranked, plus definitions for all five groups: exemplary, commendable, purposeful, comprehensive and intensive. ¶ Much more awaits in the upcoming edition of “Meeting Minutes & More.”
