LAURENS COUNTY, SC (FOX Carolina) – The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office said a multi-agency investigation has led to the arrest of a man after a suspicious package was located.

After an investigation and coordination with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office, Laurens County deputies determined that a suspicious package containing an illegal substance was to be delivered to an address on Patterson Plant Road on October 21 .

Officers said they observed the delivery of the package, which contained approximately 6,900 grams of meth. Shortly after it was delivered, someone arrived on site to pick it up.

Officials stated that Jertavious Mantrail Mack was taken into custody.
